GREENSBORO, NC (December 20, 2007) -- Lieutenant Hope Newkirk has been appointed Executive Officer to the Chief of Police. She will be the point of contact for the Greensboro Police Department for news media inquiries. She may be reached 373-3689 or through the Office of the Chief of Police at 373-2450.

After normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm), media inquiries should be directed to the acting Watch Commander through the Greensboro Police Department’s Watch Operations Center at 373-2496.
