Public Affairs
The Public Affairs Department coordinates the City's internal and external communications functions. Among the services provided by the Public Affairs Department are:
Public Affairs also includes the City Contact Center, 373-CITY (2489), the easiest and fastest way to have your questions answered, and Community Relations, the primary contact for citizen requests and complaints, as well as customer service training to employees. Community Relations staff also serve as liaison to City Council for addressing residents' inquiries.
