Documents Released on February 12, 2008

Statement regarding the following documents from City Manager Mitchell Johnson:
These documents, per request from Councilmember Robbie Perkins, were provided to City Council in an IFYI at the end of last week. We have now received approval to release them to the public, which may be helpful since they are the basis upon which we made many of our decisions concerning release of documents.
