Providing Dependable Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater Services

 Billing Process Change
Customers no longer receive written notification in the mail about their water and sewer delinquency status. Information about delinquency status is provided on the regular monthly bill notice. Accounts with a past due amount of more than $10 will receive a pink notice that provides important details about the delinquency status, penalties, and payment instructions needed to prevent interruptions of water services. Customers will not receive additional notice before services are terminated.
