BMP Certification Changes

As of June 1, 2009, the City requires the submission of sealed as-built plans for structural best management practices.The completed "record of construction" certification for all constructed BMPs and sealed as-built plans for installed storm drainage infrastructure must be submitted to the City prior to issuance of the final Certificate of Compliance (CO) or release of any performance securities for the development.
