Stormwater Management Programs and Projects
The Stormwater Management Division works to provide Greensboro citizens with the best programs and projects in the area. Reducing the amount of pollutants carried by stormwater runoff to the community's lakes and streams is an important goal for this division. To acheive this goal, the Stormwater Management Division continuously works to improve the maintenance of the existing stormwater drainage system, identifies and eliminates illicit connections and illegal dumping, educates citizens and businesses about various stormwater related issues, and develops plans to address future needs for the City's stormwater system.
