Request for Proposals
The City solicited proposals for the design, finance, permitting, development, and operations of a long-term solid waste management infrastructure system. Through this Request for Proposals (RFP) process, the City will determine the best course of action for waste management for the City and surrounding communities.
On May 4, City Council selected three proposals as finalists in this process. The three are:
