The Field Operations Department provides the majority of the City's collection and maintenance services such as:

• trash, recycling, yard waste, and loose leaf collection
• street, storm water, park, and right-of-way maintenance
• street cleaning
• snow and ice removal

On January 28, 2008, the City began collecting residential recyclables every other week .
