The Administrative Services Division includes Equipment Services, Graphic Services and Purchasing. These divisions consist of about 47 staff members whose primary goal is to provide quality, efficient and effective services and assistance to other City departments.

Equipment Services

Manages, maintains, and repairs the 1,800-piece automotive and rolling stock fleet used by City departments.

Graphic Services

Provides cost-effective creative design and printing services to City of Greensboro, Guilford County, and City of High Point departments.

Purchasing

Procures and disposes of materials, equipment, supplies, and services in accordance with North Carolina General Statutes.
