Housing and Community Development loan payments are accepted at the Collections office, Room 112 on the Plaza Level of the Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 West Washington Street. You may also mail your payment to PO Box 3136, Greensboro, NC 27402. Be sure to include your account number.
