Payment by Bank Draft
The often preferred and most economical method of payment for services billed on the City Services Utility Statement is by bank draft. (This includes billings for Water and Sewer, Stormwater, Solid Waste Collection, Household Hazardous Waste, etc.) Under this payment option, the bank account of businesses and individuals who use this free service is drafted for the amount billed on the monthly or quarterly City Services Statement. This automatic payment option provides for the timely and convenient payment of City utility services.
Payment by Internet
The City is now accepting online payments for parking tickets and water and sewer utility bills. Payments can be made using American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa.
Return item charge
There is a $25 returned item charge assessed for any payment instrument that is returned not paid.
