Application for Business Privilege License

The Privilege License Application process takes 7-10 business days if submitted online. You should receive a completed application in the mail, which will need to be signed and mailed back with your payment before a license will be issued. This application process can take as little as one business day if you visit the Privilege License Section at the Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 W. Washington Street.
