Special GTA Called Board Meeting CancelledThe Greensboro Transit Authority Board Called Meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 20 has been
cancelled. The November
GTA Board Briefing will take place on Thursday, November 20 at 5:30 pm. The
November GTA Board Meeting will take place on Tuesday, November 25 at 6 pm. Both meetings will be held at the GTA administrative offices, 320 E. Friendly Ave.

GTA and HEAT Holiday Service InformationThe following changes to GTA and HEAT services will take place over the Thanksgiving holiday:
Wednesday, November 26 - No service on HEAT Routes 74 and 75
Thursday, November 27 - No service on GTA or HEAT
Friday, November 28 - Saturday service on GTA; no service on HEAT
Saturday, November 29 - No service on HEAT; regular (Saturday) service on GTA
Sunday, November 30 - Regular service on HEAT Route 70 / 71
Monday, December 1 - Regular HEAT service on all routes
GTA Career Express - will not operate on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28

Service Animal PolicyThe GTA Board has established a new policy regarding the use of service animals on all fixed-route and paratransit services. Review the policy.
GTA Budget Review Task Force Recommendations
A budget review task force for GTA has conducted a comprehensive review of GTA's current financial and operating conditions, service offerings and future budget and service needs. Comprised of City Council members and GTA Board Members, the task force has issued a final set of recommendations to the Mayor and City Council.
