Greensboro Historic Preservation Commission

The Greensboro Historic Preservation Commission will hold its Regular Monthly Meeting on Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at 4 pm in the Plaza Level Conference Room of the Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 W. Washington St. Please note the new location for the meeting. The tentative agenda is as follows:

1. Approval of Absences

2. Approval of Minutes, April 30, 2008 Meeting

3. Applications for Certificate of Appropriateness (Public Hearing)

a. 4 Magnolia Court – Enclose screened porch at rear of house (continued, after-the-fact)

b. 811 Cypress Street (Aycock Middle School) – Construction of brick sign at  northeast corner of campus (continued)

c. 512-516 S. Mendenhall Street – Replace windows and siding between windows (continued)

d. 703 Percy Street – Demolition of accessory building
