The Greensboro Historic Preservation Commission will hold its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at 4 pm in the City Council Chamber located on the second floor of the Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 W. Washington Street. The tentative agenda is as follows:

3. Applications for Certificate of Appropriateness (Public Hearing)

a) 1120 W. McGee Street – Construction of parking area in back yard (continued)

b) 609 Joyner Street – Construction of accessory building

c) 601 N. Church Street – Replacement of windows (after the fact)

d) 917 N. Elm Street – Add security lighting to building

e 669 Chestnut Street – Replace wood shingle siding on dormers (after the fact)

f) 510 Summit Avenue – Install new sign
