The Greensboro Historic Preservation Commission will hold its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at 4 pm in the City Council Chamber located on the second floor of the Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 W. Washington St. The tentative agenda is as follows:

3. Applications for Certificate of Appropriateness (Public Hearing)

a)  614-620 N. Elm Street – Expansion and landscaping of existing parking lot (continued)

b)   905 Magnolia Street -- Install concrete wall at front walk , remove retaining wall along public sidewalk and tree removal
 
c)  912 Spring Garden Street – Demolition of garage (continued)

d)  215 S. Mendenhall Street – Request for reconsideration of denied application for tree removal (continued)

e)  628 S. Mendenhall Street --   Tree removal and construction of parking area

f)   613 Park Avenue -- Request for Reconsideration of Condition of Approval regarding material for new porch columns
