The Greensboro Historic Preservation Commission will hold its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at 4 pm in the City Council Chamber located on the second floor of the Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 W. Washington St. The tentative agenda is as follows:

2. Approval of Minutes, July 25 and August 29, 2007 Meetings

3. Applications for Certificate of Appropriateness (Public Hearing)

a)  628 S. Mendenhall Street --   Tree removal and construction of parking area (continued)

b)    200, 201 S. Mendenhall Street – Window replacement

c)    613 Park Avenue -- Request for Reconsideration of Condition of Approval regarding material for new porch columns

d)    Improvement of traffic signals at 11 intersections in the historic districts

e)    318 West Bessemer Avenue -- Construction of addition
