Annual Planning Process

The FY 2010-11 City of Greensboro Annual Plan runs through June 30, 2011. The Annual Plan summarizes the activities and projects to be administered by the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) during the year. FY 2010-2011 is the first year of the new 2010-2014 five-year Consolidated Plan.

HCD prepares an annual Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) that assesses the department’s progress in accomplishing goals identified in the Annual Plan. The most recent CAPER is for Fiscal Year 2007-08.
