EPA Assessment Grant

The $200,000 awarded to the City is for environmental assessment, clean-up planning, and identifying future opportunities for the target area. The funds became available in late 2003.

Funds to be used to:

• Further assess environmental conditions
• Prepare clean-up strategies
• Work with owners and other interested parties to identify development opportunities/constraints
