National Register of Historic Places
The City of Greensboro has more than 11 National Register historic districts and more than 39 historic properties and sites. The National Register of Historic Places is administered by the US Department of the Interior through the NC State Historic Preservation Office (NCSHPO). The NCSHPO website includes lists, by North Carolina county, of historic properties, sites and districts that have been determined eligible for designation and listed on the National Register.
