Your Building Blocks to the Future!

Approved by City Council in November 2003, the Targeted Loan Pool Program was created to provide capital financing for small businesses that would typically be ineligible for a traditional loan. The $1 million loan pool consists of a City investment of $400,000 of Community Development Block Grant funds, which are combined with $600,000 of private funds through nine bank partners.
