Consulting Services and Special Projects

The special projects section focuses on departmental and City-wide strategic initiatives and programs. These include developing a program of client services, quality assurance, and departmental performance management processes. Other initiatives include HR performance tracking and HR metrics, auditing City-wide compliance with HR policies, succession planning, and looking ahead to future initiatives including internship/executive fellows programs, e-recruiting, strategic diversity staffing, and other areas as may be defined by City management.
