Google Maps: Bicycling Directions
Ever wanted to know the best way to get from A to B on your bike? Google has now partnered with the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy to start incorporating bicycling as an alternate mode of transportation when you use Google Maps for directions. Now you can access easy to follow directions anywhere in Greensboro for your bicycle. The routes are chosen based on safety, existing designated bicycle routes, and off-road trail / greenway availability. Anytime your route passes near one of Greensboro’s paved greenways, it will give you directions via that trail because it is considered the safest route!
