The Greensboro Youth Council (GYC) implements several projects throughout the year to serve Greensboro's youth and the community. Below is a list of the projects with brief descriptions. - Camille's Closet and Theo's Threads - GYC collects new and like new formal wear and accessories to give to young people for prom or homecoming dances.
- Ghoulash! - A downtown festival that provides a fun and safe environment for families to enjoy Halloween activities such as face painting, tattoos, and games.
- GYC Fashion Show - A fashion show promoting a positive self image in teens by showcasing fashions that fit all body types as well as raising awareness of an issue that teens are facing.
- Santa's Workshop - A project that collects new and gently used toys to give to families in need during the holiday season.
