This Web page tracks all Planning Board cases related to annexations, street/alley closings, and street name changes from the pre-Planning Board stage to the post-City Council stage. Its purpose is to assist City personnel in planning for future growth and changes in the city.
The Planning Board meets on the third Wednesday of every month, during which members determine recommendations to City Council for each reviewed case. City Council meetings are held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month. The agenda for the next Planning Board meeting
is posted monthly.
Annexation cases and Street/alley closings or street name changes approved by City Council become effective the same day they are approved by Council unless otherwise noted. After items have become effective, they are placed in our Annexation Case Archives for historical reference. These archives
are listed on our main Annexation page. The agenda for the next City Council meeting
can be found on the City Government/City Council Web page.
You may click on the links in the Map column to view maps of the cases. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these files. A link to the free Acrobat Reader download can at the bottom of the page.
