“Mindfulness” simply means paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally. In this workshop we will explore mindfulness techniques and free writing to discover what is going on in our minds and hearts moment by moment. Led by poet and playwright Debra Kaufman, this workshop is appropriate for writers in any genre and at all levels of writing. Please bring paper and a writing utensils.
