The Hemphill Branch Library is an innovative combination of art gallery and public library. You will find all the traditional services you expect from your neighborhood library, plus art exhibits and an ArtQuest studio. Other features include a reading garden, family room, and special tree house.

Computer use: WiFi is available at all library branches. At Hemphill there are 16 adult computers and 6 children's computers available on a first come first served basis. Adults must use the adult computers unless supervising a child. Printing is in black and white only for ten cents a page.

Two meeting rooms are available to the public:

The large meeting room accomodates group sizes from 12 to 80 people.
The group is responsible for table and chair set up and leaving the room in good order.
A projection screen is available but groups must have their own projector.
Food and drinks are allowed in this room only.

The small meeting room accomodates groups from two to 12 people.

Groups must sign a contract and adhere to the policies.
