The Multicultural Resource Center, located in the Glenwood Branch Library, offers materials, programs and services for the international community in Greensboro, immigrants and refugees, and those seeking diversity training materials. Included are a full schedule of learning opportunities for ESOL learners, foreign language materials (books, audio and film), a computer lab with specialized software for ESOL learners, and information on cultures and countries around the globe. For a complete list of classes, refer to the ESOL Programs and Services.
The Multicultural Resource Center contains audiovisual and print materials for learning other languages, learning English, and teaching or tutoring others in English. Come and check out some of these great resources. If there is something that you are looking for that we do not have, we are always happy to request an Inter Library Loan or perhaps even purchase it. Please e-mail Charity Neave Johnson or call 336-297-5000 to make a request.
