To ensure the Land Development Ordinance continues to effectively manage Greensboro's growth and development, this ordinance may be amended from time to time. After a review by staff to determine appropriate wording and potential impacts on other standards in the LDO, the typical text amendment process involves a public hearing before both the Planning Board and City Council.
