GYC presents a new free program this summer
for middle school age girls called Girls Leadership Edge.
Registration deadline extended to June 30.

Girls Leadership Edge (GLE) is a five-part program designed to give young ladies the courage, compassion, and confidence to have a voice in their community and be leaders. All participants receive a certificate of completion.

The program was developed by the Women's Professional Forum Foundation. Our director received training through the Center for Creative Leadership to facilitate the program

When

2-4 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, July 11 to August 10.
Participants are expected to attend all sessions. Snacks will be provided.

Where

Peeler Community Recreation Center, 1300 Sykes Ave.

Registration

The program is for middle school girls ages 12-14. There is no cost to participate.
