The Greensboro Public Library is hosting its first Martin Luther King, Jr. Volunteer and Service Fair from 10 am to 1 pm, Saturday, January 13, 2018 at the Glenn McNairy Branch, 4860 Lake Jeannette Rd. In honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, this event is designed to connect teens and families to volunteer opportunities with local nonprofit organizations.

During this event, local nonprofits will have the opportunity to share the impact of their mission and their work in the community, and to highlight current and future volunteer opportunities. Organizations interested in attracting volunteers are invited to the fair. Contact Kelly Proudfit at 336-373-2015 if you would like to be a part of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Volunteer and Service Fair.
