Lake Townsend Offers Pontoon Boat Rides to Spot Winter Waterfowl

Now through the end of March, Lake Townsend offers pontoon boat rides at 2:30 pm on Sundays for people to spot migrating and wintering waterfowl. Tours last approximately 90 minutes. The fee is $4 per person. The pontoon boat can accommodate up to eight passengers per tour. Life jackets are provided and binoculars are available upon request.
