As part of a City Council agenda item on June 5, Greensboro Coliseum Director Matt Brown presented a conceptual design and probable cost report for a 3,200-seat Greensboro Performing Arts Center. The report, which can be downloaded here, was conducted by Rosser International Inc., Artec Consultants Inc. and Sutton Kennerly Associates, with input from the Greensboro Performing Arts Center (GPAC) Task Force, as well as Coliseum staff. The proposal places the facility at the corner of N. Elm and Bellemeade streets and is estimated to cost about $43.42 million.

For more information about the proposal, watch the City Council meeting live on Cable Channel 13 or through videostreaming on this Web page.
