Seniors 55 years and better can enjoy wellness programs, exercise classes and leisure activities, as well as the fitness room and indoor pool facilities.

Aquatics classes and programs including Water Aerobics, Fitness Classes, and Senior Swim are available at Smith Senior Center.

Treadmills, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, free weights, and strength-training machines are available for Fitness Room members.

Exercise classes offered at Smith Senior Center include Chair Yoga, Beginner Zumba!, Line Dancing, and Kung Fu.
