The annual Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Breakfast is hosted by the Human Relations Commission. Watch this video from our 2016 breakfast.
The 2017 guest speaker is Dr. Oscar Dowdell-Underwood, founder and president of Cornerstone Christian Bible College and author of "Bumblebees Can Fly: Empowering Young Men of Color."
Performers include Josephus III's Gate City Youth Slam Team and a father-son drummer duo. Tanisha Richards, a student at NC A&T State University, will serve as mistress of ceremonies.
