The City is now requesting proposals from profit and non-profit entities for HOME program and City housing bond eligible multi-family housing development activities including:

  • Development of new rental housing units
  • Rehabilitation of existing rental housing units
  • Conversion of non-residential buildings to rental housing use
  • Any combination of the above.

Application instructions are included in this application package. Deadline for receipt of applications by the City is 4 pm Monday, April 3.

This schedule shows that anticipated project funding awards must be made by May 2.

If displacement or relocation of existing tenants or owners is required, please contact the City.

A pre-application session will be held:
    5:30 pm Wednesday, March 22
    Glenwood Library
    1901 W. Florida St.

Applicants are not required to attend the session.
