Serving Ray Warren Homes in Police Division 2, Zone 220
Officer A.R. Palmer
Officer Palmer joined GPD in 2007 and has since served as a Patrol Officer, a member of the Center City Resource Team known as the Bikes Squad, and as a member of the Proactive Squad.
Now, as a PNRC officer, he is tasked with initiating neighborhood programs such as the Sports and Leadership Summit and detailed investigatory functions and follow-up of criminal activity.
"What I want the community that I serve to know is that there is a heart under every badge and as a youth growing up in areas similar to where I now serve, I have learned to police with a balance of compassion and sternness," Palmer says. "This combination has afforded me the opportunity to cultivate an active and open relationship with a frequently underserved community."
Officer L.D. Anderson
Officer Anderson has been with GPD since 2010. Her main focus as a PNRC officer is to build and maintain effective communications and positive interactions with the residents of this community. She is motivated by this quote from Henry Ford: “Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is a progress, working together is a success.”
