Minority Enterprise Development Week in Greensboro

City's Minority Enterprise Development (MED) Week was September 26-30, 2016
The purpose of MED Week is to provide business development opportunities to firms and
celebrate the accomplishments of minority and women business enterprises during the past year.

Bring your business cards and network with members of the contracting community (M/WBEs and non-M/WBEs) as well as other neighborhood professional partners.

4-7:30 pm Tuesday, September 27

Tour the museum*, network during a reception and visit with presenters from an array of diverse organizations who share their commitment and advocacy of minority and women businesses.
*Those interested in taking the tour will self-pay at the door.

M/WBEs Expo
3-7 pm Wednesday, September 28
Greensboro Coliseum
Special Events Center, West Wing B1

Meet local minority and women businesses from the community such as event planners, fitness experts, contractors, and more. Also meet MED Week sponsors who are helping Greensboro to grow.

Activities are hosted by the City's Minority and Women's Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Office in conjunction with the Greensboro MED Week Committee, comprised of representatives from the City, Guilford County, NC A&T State University, University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and Guilford County Schools, all of which thank these local sponsors for their contributions to this celebration.
