1322 Bothwell St.
Site development proposals are being sought for the redevelopment of +/- 1.501 acres located at 1322 Bothwell St.
Responsive submittals will be reviewed by a committee of City staff and neighborhood representatives. The committee will recommend a proposal for consideration by Greensboro City Council that best reflects the evaluation criteria. Once a developer has been identified, specific terms and conditions will be negotiated through a written development agreement with claw-back provisions.
Interested developers are encouraged to become familiar with all supporting materials to successfully respond with a proposal. The City is not responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this request.

Comprehensive Plan - Adopted in 2003, the City's Connections 2025 Comprehensive Plan is a guide to Greensboro's future growth and development.
Regulatory Framework - The Land Development Ordinance (LDO) provides use, dimensional and massing standards for development throughout the City.
Minority and Women's Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Policy - Adopted in 2014, the City's M/WBE Policy ensures all businesses are afforded the maximum opportunity to participate in City purchasing and contracting processes.
