E-books are electronic versions of your favorite books that can be read on e-reader devices or your computer. Downloadable audiobooks are digital recordings of the latest best sellers, book club favorites, and award-winning authors that you can download and listen to on your computer or portable listening device.

North Carolina Digital Library is a collection of e-books, audiobooks, music and video available to Library cardholders. Greensboro Public Library recently upgraded its membership to an Advantage account. This means our readers will have better access to more popular titles!

Free public domain e-books are also available through Project Gutenberg and Google Books. You can also access nearly 25,000 e-books (readable on your computer) at NetLibrary.
