The City's Water Resources Department has debuted its new Water Drop Mascot and is asking the public to help name it by participating in a "Name Our Water Drop" contest.
To participate, e-mail your suggestions using the e-mail subject line “Name the Water Drop Contest”. Please include your name, phone number, and e-mail address. You may also complete a voting form at the Water Resources’ Customer Service Information Desk at 2602 S. Elm-Eugene St.
Submissions will be accepted until March 1, 2018 and the winner will be announced during National Drinking Water Week, May 6-12, 2018. Top names will be recognized on the department website and the winner will receive a prize.
