Winter Squash Cooking Demonstration with Chef Jay Pierce is October 10

The Caldcleugh Organic Outreach Garden presents Winter Squash: An Interactive Cooking and Tasting Demonstration taught by Jay Pierce, the executive chef of the Traveled Farmer restaurant, from 6:30-7:30 pm, Tuesday, October 10 at the Caldcleugh Multicultural Arts Center, 1700 Orchard St. Admission is a suggested donation of $5.

All produce for the class will come from the Caldcleugh Organic Outreach Garden. Donations enable City Arts to provide quality educational classes throughout the year. Space is limited. Call Todd Fisher at 336-373-2974 to reserve a spot.
