Dudley Street to Close for Railroad Crossing Maintenance

GREENSBORO – The City of Greensboro Department of Transportation announces the closing of Dudley Street between East Market Street and East Washington Street beginning Wednesday, August 1 at 9 am.

The roadway closing will allow Norfolk Southern Railroad crews to perform maintenance on the railroad crossing. Dudley Street is anticipated to reopen by 6 pm Wednesday. Motorists are asked to follow the signed detours rerouting traffic along Benbow Road, and to use caution when driving in the area.
