Exit and Lane Closures

GREENSBORO, NC -- (June 13, 2008) – Starting 9 pm on Monday, June 16 through 7 am on Tuesday, June 17, southbound US 29 will be reduced to one lane near the Wendover Avenue and Bessemer Avenue exits due to sewer maintenance work. Both the Wendover and Bessemer Avenue exits will be closed to motorists and US 29 S will not be accessible to motorists from Wendover Avenue. Arnold Street will also be closed.

Detours will be in place and motorists are advised to use caution in this area, expect delays and follow the posted detour routes.
