Manhole and Valve Adjustment Locations:
Gillespie St. from 401 Gillespie to Mc Connell  
Gorrell St. from MLK to Murrow Bridge
Gorrell St. from Benbow to O’Henry
Randolph St. from Florida St. to MLK
Spencer St. from 1919 Spencer to English
