Elm Street and Fisher Avenue Lane Closures

Beginning at 7 am on Monday, January 26, the southbound lanes of Elm Street and the westbound lanes of Fisher Avenue will be closed to accommodate utility work. Each street will be reduced to one through-lane at the intersection. The work is expected to continue until Monday, February 16. Motorists are advised to use caution in the area, expect delays and if possible, use alternate routes.
