Elam and Scott Avenue Lane Closures

Beginning 8:30 am Monday, November 8, the northbound lane of Elam Street and the southbound lane of Scott Avenue between Spring Garden Street and Walker Avenue will be closed due to water rehabilitation work. Work is expected to be completed by 3:30 pm each day through December 17. Temporary water lines will be available for all customers affected. Motorists should expect delays when traveling in this area.
