South Elam Avenue and Howard Street Lane Closures

Beginning at 8:30 am Wednesday, March 9, the following street lanes will be closed due to water rehabilitation work:

• Northbound lane of South Elam Avenue from W. Market Street to Walker Avenue
• Southbound lane of Howard Street from Spring Garden Street to Walker Avenue

The work will continue through March 31 and should be completed each day by 3:30 pm. Temporary water lines will be available for all affected customers. Motorists should expect delays when traveling in this area.
