Solid Waste Collection Operating on Delayed Schedule Today 

Due to icy road conditions, solid waste services provided by the City of Greensboro will be on a delayed schedule today.

Monday’s collection routes will be run today for all of the following services: residential garbage, residential recycling, commercial garbage and commercial recycling. Downtown garbage and recycling is also affected by this delayed schedule.

Bulk trash and yard waste collection will begin later in the day as road conditions improve.

Some areas and locations may be missed due to safety concerns posed by the snow and ice on the roads and driveways.
