Gallimore Dairy Road Improvements Feasibility Study Public Information Workshop 

The City of Greensboro Department of Transportation (GDOT) invites you to attend the Public Information Workshop on the proposed Gallimore Dairy Road widening between International Drive and West Market Street from its current two lanes to five lanes. This project would include additional left turn lane on the east approach of West Market Street at Gallimore Dairy Road. Sidewalks would be constructed along the west side of Gallimore Dairy Road and the railroad crossing protection at the West Market Street/Gallimore Dairy Road intersection would be enhanced.

The Public Information Workshop will be an informal "drop-in" session where interested citizens can come to the meeting site any time between 4:00 and 7:00 PM to review the findings of a recent study of the needs for the project. Consultants and GDOT staff involved in the study will be available to answer questions. The workshop will provide you the opportunity to comment on the study findings as well as the proposed widening of Gallimore Dairy Road and additional turn lane on West Market Street at Gallimore Dairy Road. Your comments will be used to help determine the level of citizen support for the proposed project. Workshop information is listed below:
